Dear Moms of Multiples,

Please help us learn more about monochorionic twins and multiples and how they are screened and treated for possible complications in their pregnancy!

We (Dr. Bettina Paek and Dr. Martin Walker from Evergreen Fetal Therapy and Dr. Christina Han and Dr. Ilina Datkhaeva from Center for Fetal Medicine and Women’s Ultrasound/UCLA) are conducting an anonymous survey on women who have been pregnant with monochorionic twins or higher order multiples. By participating, you are helping us learn about Twin-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) and Twin anemia polycythemia sequence (TAPS) and how they are being managed across the United States. Participation is voluntary and refusing to participate involves no penalty. You are agreeing to let us use this data for research and educational purposes. Your responses will remain completely anonymous and data obtained from this study will be stored for future use by the research team. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes. If you have been pregnant with a monochorionic gestation multiple times, please complete the survey once for each pregnancy.

Thank you for improving awareness of and treatment for monochorionic pregnancies!
